From my previous employment I know how challenging recruitment can be, draining both your time and your resources, and understand how difficult it can be to keep all the plates spinning. That’s where I come in.
Over the last 20 years, I have built up experience across several sectors with a predominant focus on IT and Support. However, I also have a lot of experience in providing office management and office support, for commercial and industrial sectors.
Don’t be put off by size! I have a trusted network of connections and strong relationships with other recruitment firms who support BlockIT when required, allowing me to expand on my own expertise and enabling me to take on larger recruitment projects, so no job is too large or too small.
I personally take great pride in continuing relationships after a role has been filled, following up after the first week to see how things have gone, and then scheduling continuing updates throughout the initial probation period to make sure that both you and your candidate are happy with the outcome.

1: Permanent / Contract and Fixed Term Recruitment:
The most popular recruitment package for employers with a one-off fee. This package includes Job advertisement, CV sourcing and selection, assistance with conducting interviews, and follow ups with both client and candidates.
This service is recommended for businesses who may be too busy to focus on recruitment, and are looking for a simple, convenient way to manage their hiring processes from start to finish.
2: CV Sourcing:
I will work closely with you to create an eye catching job ad, which is then circulated on all the major job boards. You will received all CVs from potential candidates, for one fixed fee regardless of whether it is a single hire or multiple hires.
This service is a great option if it is your first time hiring for a particular position, and you require some guidance and support with creating the initial advert to ensure you receive the maximum number of applicants.
Finding the right people is never easy and it's something I hate, having to go through so many CVs and find the right person for the job.
